Very well said d12. I too am frustreted a higher price 1.00$ to 1.25$ would have been more acceptable, but like you said the present time is a lot worst than anybody have anticipitated.

When NOT did a financing at 4.00$ most of us was frustrated. Today we are VERY ENJOY they did it.

So let see the future and hope for the best
