2 convictions in past few years and in excess of 1300 in US shows how the old boy network is working in Canada. Complaining to OSC and Market Regulation is obviously just a waste of time and until our political leaders do something to protect the retail investor, we will continue to be at the mercy of the manipulators.

God help the guy trying to play it straight in this Country,
