i do believe that news can not be released while the pp is still open. there can not be any influence one way or another. i believe richard gave us all he had at the time of the proxity fight. the proxity battle has caused a big delay as the new board will be analyzing all of noronts operations. lets hope the pp closes soon & we can move on.
