In short any broker ( PO ) can do a ( hidden) trade as broker code 001 Anonymous

I can't find any reference to broker # 250, ( Unknown )

nor where there any trades today that represented, an 250 ( Unknown. ) trade

No one can trade on the TSX, that is not known or tracked,

Market Regulation Services Inc’s surveillance systems, and the TSX’s Trading Services will have access to all Anonymous orders and trades.
