Hey Miskealp1....so I take that an increase in institutional ownership, from 10% to over 50% as a sign of confidence. But confidence in what? Do they believe that NOT is great investment for it's minerals & potential(long)....or....do they believe NOT is a great stock play and going to double or triple(short term)?.....or ....whichever comes first?
