Hi Don,

Misfit1 had a good post on this about a week ago. The bottom line is the old management's options were priced over $3.00 and some over $5.00 and someone with Kevin's resume could probably do better if he left Noront and got into a company with options priced at today's market price.

I am not sure what his salary was but it was probably not high enough to be ignored by the new management when they are giving themselves loads of options at .80 and you are sitting way higher with little upside...

From our perspective, we are saving a salary when money is of the utmost importance, that is a positive. I am not sure how much we really saved since his salary is confidential but is a CFO that critical in an exploration company where 2 board members are CAs?

G.
