I wonder where they have categorized RN. Clearly he WAS management and has now seen his position diluted about 20% by the PP. The last proxy battle was our last stand, there is no way to push the BOD around any more. It would be nice to think that the quiet period re the PP is because our complaints to the OSC are at least being read.
