It sure looks to me like NOT is bottoming out and forming a base. Even the (for now) short circuiting of the auto bailout in the U.S. couldn't knock the share price down much lower. I thought I might get a real bargain price this morning but no such luck. Here is an article by Adam Hamilton - Zeal Inteligence that puts the "Stock Panic of 2008" into perspective and calls for higher prices particularly in the resource sector.
