the financing & option thing with the exchange i believe it is only a rubber stamp process. i think it has more to do with the .75 cent warrants or something else in the works. how often does these financings get turned down? it was done at almost twice the stock price. what really was done wrong to put up a red flag other then __________????? are we still in a black out? wouldn't the exchange have something to do with the black out. i wouldn't think the company could go into a black out period with out the exchange being involved. if i can i will phone to confirm tomorrow.
