i guess what i meant was that i believe that the board has done nothing wrong to have this held up by the exchange. one would think there must be something else because the exchange one think wouldn't be able to stay in a black out with out a good reason. does the exchange have a definition of a black out or do they have any control over one. like notification start & finish
