I called Joan in IR this morning to see why she had not returned my call yesterday. She told me that she was in meetings all yesterday and could not return my call. She had plans to call be this morning as I was the first on the list.

I told her that the PP is now filled and I wanted to take the opportunity to ask a few questions on Windfall. She replied by saying that the news blackout is still in effect because the PP was ratified and is now pending approval by the exchange. She used the term ratification approval to describe the process. Since I could not ask any questions I thanked Joan for taking my call and said goodbye.

She did tell me that we would soon get a news release on the details. For now, we need to wait until the news blackout is lifted.
