Tax loss season?

Tax loss season sounds wierd to me. I am quite sure that most investors have already suffered their tax loss.

I doubt that tax loss will impact so much this year because of this economy Coswil keeps everyone up to date on.

So correct me if I'm wrong but I have a feeling that many sold in the red this year. Tax loss season has been the whole season.
