A fair value for NOT...FNC...FWR ?

Does anybody have an idea, a rough estimate or a guess, what could be the fair value per share in case of merger with FNC and FWR ? I have counted the average closing price for the last 30 days and here are the numbers: NOT....$.60 FNC.......$.21 FWR......$.15 By these numbers 1 NOT share would equal 3 FNC or 4 FWR I think some parties would object this evaluation. I have a position in all 3 of them and no hidden agenda. vila
