Noront has 101K hectars in ROF not counting the JV .... FNC has 1K hectars in ROF on NOT side there is a Windfall + around $40M ...FNC has a Magpie and around $3M. About Magpie and Windfall I don't know how to value them but in hectars it is 100:1 for NOT and on cash 40:3 =13:1 in outstanding shares the ratio is 5:1 do your math.
