I will second that Donypee. Our portfolio may be worse off but I have enjoyed the great relationships and camaraderie we have developed.

I do want to take the time to say how happy I am for you Joe and your wife and family. Things like this and the lady that spent 3 days in the snow in Ancaster and survived are great miracles. We can all be thankful for these events as they remind us what is important in life!

Merry Christmas to all who have contributed to this great HUB. I hope that 2009 will be our year...just imagine how much more fun it will be if we actually make money with this company!!
