Snowballs?

Man, I'd love to be able to make snowballs like Strato-snow! However, it was minus 30C in Winnipeg this morning and every day lately has been about minus 40 with the wind chill. So, too cold to make a snowball. I guess I would actually rather be in the southern part of North America with Jose!
