Just my guess but I think there is some thought on the board and a bit of frustration that the new management is being excessively secretive regarding results - with blackout periods and whatnot. Think Windfall on that. It certainly isn't like the old days when we were getting regular reports from the CEO himself (Richard) posted on the board.
