Poor Performance from TD Waterhouse

TD Waterhouse has been down for most of the day, technical problems again. TD response was sorry we are aware of the problem but try calling a 1866 and 416 # and naturally a no go.

Other then changing to another brokearge is there any course of action I could take with them, probably not but come on the last day of the trading year.
