It has moved higher to .75. However, the bid count is quite a bit lower than what is offered. It might take time to eat up those shares, but my guess is that it will happen. Nobody appears to be in a hurry. The bid and ask count is quite volitile and so is not that reliable. It does reflect the moment and so unless the mood changes, those accumulating are being patient. This is a nice move today.
