If it's a hit by NOT the news has been out for some time now. I posted this on Dec 19/08. Looks like the last line in the statement makes me a liar.

"Something is definitely going on in the area because the rumour of a hit is on the street but the location is unknown at this point. I was told that the rally from this action would keep the price up for some time. I believe the rumour originated from pilots flying in and out of the area. It seems that they are the outlet for most of the rumours. I just don’t understand why the location is unknown at this point.

I always cringe when I post rumours on this site because of the obvious reasons. The source of my information is well connected in the area and would have no reason to spread misinformation. Unfortunately, a rumour is just rumour until proven true. Still pondering over the statement she made about a sustained rally if this rumour proves to be true. I think this is the last time I will post information concerning a rumour."
