RE..TFSA...CIBC and Investors Edge...Need Help..

Got an Email today from CIBC Investors Edge..."The TFSA is not yet available to CIBC Investors Service clients,the product is under development and will be available in the FALL of 2009." I'm outta here.. Need some help.. Can anyone on this forum give me the names of some Canadian Banks that are already offering a full service, so I don't have to wait until the FALL to take advantage of the sp of some of the stocks in the ROF...Thanks in advance and regards...R R...
