one question for the board. how did it ever come to reporting the shorts twice a month. why not more often as they change day by day. maybe someone can explain the ins & outs of the short list. like i guess the total of shorts are changing all the time. the covering of shorts. some readers might not know how shorts work. i would imagine there was some shorting today. thanks
