From what I understand, and we came to this the long way around, I heard there was a Major interested. Their problem was not a lack of raw material but a lack of Hydro first and then stability.

I don't know the name of this Major. I understand they are looking for stability and hydro. We have that here.

It doesn't matter that they have the infrastructure etc.. etc.. and all of this type of argument. The bottom line is a massive deposit, hydro and stability. They would throw up an infrastructure in no time. Especially if the Major has obligations to supply a country for 40 years or so.

So with a scenario such as this in mind, one would think that the company would live up to their word and begin working together with all of these plays for the chrome.

The PGMs etc well, that's another story. It makes the whole ROF that much more tantalyzing to a Major with foresight.
