NI 43-101 Update (September 2012): 11.1 Mt @ 1.68% Ni, 0.87% Cu, 0.89 gpt Pt and 3.09 gpt Pd and 0.18 gpt Au (Proven & Probable Reserves) / 8.9 Mt @ 1.10% Ni, 1.14% Cu, 1.16 gpt Pt and 3.49 gpt Pd and 0.30 gpt Au (Inferred Resource)
Befor I begin my rant (and believe me, it will be a rant) I do hope everybody invested in the ROF becomes filthy rich beyond their wildest dreams.
What is really making me sick lately, is all the FWR worshipers pumping the snot out of FWR and bashing NOT. There is an FWR forum for that kind of crap, it does not belong on the NOT forum. I own both so don't think I am bias to one or the other. I do own more NOT but i still wish the best for both companies. To you idiots (and you know who you are), isn't it bad enough that we have had to battle the MM's, try to withstand this econimic nightmare and battle Rossaeu for control. Now we have to put up with your stupid comparisons between ROF companies. All the ROF companies are in this together. If the ROF is loaded with minerals, we will all make alot of money. If for some reason it is a flop (which is almost impossible now concidering what has already been uncovered) then we would all lose.
Now, if you really want to compare NOT and FWR then lets look at this angle. As retail investors, most of us would like to think we are pretty smart. I've invested long enough to know that unless you have some solid insider information or you are connected with institutional investors, then you really don't know shit. If FWR was expected to be worth more then NOT, then why did NOT raise almost $19M during their PP and FWR only raised $2.3M (I believe, correct me if i'm wrong). Why did NOT trade over 2M shares today at over $1.10 while FWR could barely get over 300K at just over $0.20. The above speaks volume to me as to who insitutional believes is the better bet.
Next, lets take a look at the ROF claims map. FWR looks like a spec of dust in the middle of NOT country. How in the hell could they have more minerals on their property than NOT does on theirs when you compare the overall size of the two. Now some of you may say that the chromite increases in width as it passes through the FWR claim. Granted, i'll give you that but after the FWR property, it becomes NOT property again. So if the chromite continues on and increases in width, then NOT will have a tonne more. For that matter, we should all run out and buy KWG, SPQ and UC cause their property continues on after NOT's ends. Sorry for being silly but it makes me mad when I read the crap some people are posting.
Enough of this stupid comparison crap. I think it's about time some of these other ROF plays start carrying their own weight instead of riding on the coat tails of NOT. Every 52 week high in the ROF is a direct reflection of the great work done by NOT (especially RN). I would love to see all the plays find all kinds of minerals. I know that would help our SP and create an even bigger buzz in the ROF.
So in closing, I do wish all the ROF companies all the luck in the world. I think we may see some of the bigger plays merge into one company sooner or later. If there is relevant info from another ROF play, we would love to hear it but not if you are going to bash NOT at the same time. For right now, NOT is king. Only time will tell who will end up king. Hell they are still finding more nickel in Sudbury more than 100 years after the original finds. IMO, all the top dogs in the ROF will do very well. It will probably make very little difference who ends up king, queen or jack. Lets just try to stop being jacka$$e$ while we wait for the story to unfold.
Goodnight and good luck to all
