I was shocked by your post, but unfortunately it is true. This new BOD refuses to acknowledge, or inform the shareholders in any way. As you say:

"They will not answer any questions and refer everything to the IR firm, but admitted passing along very little info to IR firm ..... management is under strict orders not to talk to investors ..... receptionists are now trained to screen calls carefully so that that we investors cannot access management. ...... "

We see the continued refusal of Management to answer any questions from this message board.

What a disgrace! What are they afraid of?!

Management's uncalled for silence will only increase the shareholders concern about their motives and executive ability. Remember everyone, United as shareholders ,we are not powerless as was proven so vividly recently.

BOD, please listen carefully...we expect to be treated with courtesy and honesty, as we have treated you so far. Your uninformed Investor Relations Dept. and "Trickle down" info is not an acceptable posture for a fine company like NOT.

We expect more openness and worthy answers to questions.
