The last thing you can count on is any respect or consideration for 'retail' investors. This is all about what is best for the institutional holders!

My money is riding on their 'greed' and I doubt that we can over estimate that.

At this point in time all we can be confident of is that current share price is way lower than what it will eventually be, no idea of time frame and unlikely we'll ever get a peak at what they consider a bottom line.
