I will preface this by saying this is my opion.I think that instead of all R.O.F. Co's stock price going up the converse could be true.For example if FWR proved up 50/100 million tonnes they could easily do a deal with a major without the major doing a deal with with anybody else,after all how much chrome do you need this amount would last 20 plus years so it wouldn't be necessary to buy up the competion.Thus the remaining Co's would devalue. NOT is a little unique as they have the Eagles. So the one that proves up the tonnage fist gets the brass ringand hopefully that is NOT
