Agree wholeheartedly. At this point in time the only way to edge into Noront is to buy on the open market and the 500k and 800k swap recently done starts to look a bit more suspicious.
The majority of Noront shares are now held by institutions and well heeled and savy 'big boys' who might do a bit of trading but likely holding tight for big payoff down the road.
That leaves 'retail' investors as the source of shares on the open market and it's hard to see those that have hung on this long being willing to give up their shares any where near the current price. My guess is they can shake out shares from retail once the price gets closer to $3 but the smart holders will stay for the ride because eventually a higher offer will have to be made to capture those institutional holdings if anybody wants control.
