Would you please update me on the following.

The Oct 21 news release concerning Windfall outlined,

"The total cost of the underground exploration program to date has cost approximately $12.5 mil. which is well within budget. The program was financed in advance by a $15.0 mil. flow through private placement in December, 2006 through the efforts of IBK Capital, the Company's financial advisors.

The company is indebted to the Province of Quebec, as through the latter's very effective exploration rebate program, approximately 35 percent of the total underground costs is being returned to the Company for more exploration and future benefits to our shareholders.

All assays for samples taken from the W-3 zone todate are pending from the independent analytical laboratories."

1)Have we received any payment from the Quebec Government?If so how much?

2)If we have not received any payment, when can we expect to receive this payment?

3)We have been waiting approximately 12-13 weeks(minimum) for the results from assays, for the W-3 zone. In your broadcast of Dec 16, you stated 6-8 weeks is the normal time to receive assays.When can we expect to receive these results?
