I couldn't agree with you more.

You wrote,

The reason some majors are "shuttering production" is because they are THINKING AHEAD. In my opinion, they will be thinking ahead regarding future assets as well.

We most certainly will be bought out, individually, or as part of a group, and there likely will be a bidding war.
