"Those instit. 54% of Not shares are not in hands of BOD or one party only, there are several independent players and I believe they must be looking for their interest which is identical to ours - the highest buyout price. vila"
I agree, however, one's potential interests are determined by ones environment and if life is aplenty then more can be had. If times are severe one would expect to take less if one wishes to get out with ones capital intact. It really depends on whether you have a rosey outlook on what's coming or whether you see dark clouds looming. Ask this question, if you firmly believed that we were going to come to the present circumstances, would you have sold NOT at $7? ..... and bought back later? Ask the same question for the present situation. If you saw a chance to increase your capital in the short term, believing that the tanking was setting up for installment II (and many do including those still on the sidelines), would you not grab what you could and protect yourself for the next opportunity armed with more attack capital?
