Cliffs Natural Resources Inc.'s interest in RoF

made me wonder if it would make sense that Cliffs might have been accumulating other juniors in the RoF.

when I look at prices today I wonder that if anyone was acumulating, prices would most likely be at the upper range and that might tell us which shares are being bought.

resistance is the level where buyers are not willing to bid because the price is to high. FWR has done well today, NOT has come down some and although resistance is around 1.35 we have come down to 1.24.

could it be they consider NOT to be to expensive above 1.30 compared to other RoF juniors and traders sell at this top? although it appears that 1.24 is ok, we couldn't confirm yesterdays breakout today and tomorrow we might drop back to where we have come from.

I hope for an up day tomorrow.

opinions please.
