A buy in sounds more practical to me especially after the KWG nr. These majors can slide in and if they like what they see they could move forward. KWG was a very cheap way in IMHO so basically for a Major of that stature its just a few bucks. Nothing ventured_nothing gained. So if this major sees something scary it just writes it off. No big deal.
