The most compelling, and likely to later be seen as most significant as well, thing to keep well in mind with respect to the move by Cliff (and to the more informed minds there are a great many tangental considerations and considerations flooding the mind space now) is that this Company does not operate in it's own bubble.
They bump shoulders with a good many others, both within the Minerals Industry(s) and in several very significant associated Industries, including Production, Porcessing, Transportation, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Engineering, Financing, Industrial Designing and Planing, and so forth.
And based on their past activity, they are very much interested in Strategic Posturing and Positioning. They have a good track record of looking to the future as the viable means of remaining in the present and have earned their spurs in a very dynamic Globally evolving key Industrial Sector.
Knowing they are now essentially positioned in the RoF can only suggest they are acting as the Vanguard in what SOMEONE(s) now see as being a Mining Camp of very significant Strategic Importance, Industrially, Economically, and Corporate Political as well.
Question(s) to now ask include: Who are their Friends? and Who could be their Competitors.
I am willing to let these entities do their thing(s) but do want to have as strong a sense of the implications of such potential activity as can be reasonably thought.
And thus, my knowing the possibilities will aid me in my future evaluation(s) and Decision Making Process.
