Message: This is NOT what we want. UTS - unsolicited offer at 51% premium

Correct me if I am wrong.

It has been stated that at present, Institutional holdings are approximately 55% and therefore retail 45%.

In the event that there was an unsolicited take-over bid, retail's 45% would certainly have a say. As in the UTS unsolicited hostile takeover bid, 66.7% have 60 days to accept the offer. Will over 20% of retail accept such an offer? Not likely.

UTS's breakdown of institutional vs retail shareholder's will differ from ours but the fact remains that we retail here at Noront do in fact have some leverage.

Cheers,
