If you were a big company intersted in NOT or FWR--- would it be better for a buyout now or later--with the economic conditions we are in ----if conditions turn around in a year or so for these large companies their coffers will be ringing with cash again in 2-3 yrs-- SO it would make sense --now --TO have everything in place for a potential buyin---for 10-20%---a much smaller payment NOW ----in bad economic times and then in 2-3 yrs --- when the commodities turn around----Then go for the buyout-----It's going to take NOT and FWR and the whole ROF ---at least 2-3yrs to prove up the resource-----So is anybody on my side ---with this thinking---Folks there will NOT be any buyout NOW-----and EVEN if there was a lowball offer ---IT WILL GET VOTED DOWN---happy
