Ok I know it's not McFaulds related and the $$ are small but its a start and it is positive news for Juniors

While the stakes are small, the slugfest over junior gold play Central Sun Mining shows that contested takeovers are back in the junior resource sector.
Central Sun sports a property in Nicaragua, a $37-million market cap and two determined suitors. They are B2Gold, which revealed a friendly deal on Tuesday, and rival bidder Linear Gold, which saw its bid topped.
There have been bids and counter-offers, quickly struck financings bought deals, and the outcome here remains very much in doubt. The investment bankers involved have been able to shake off the rust: Macquaire Capital Markets is on for Central Sun, B2Gold has Genuity Capital Markets in its corner and Cormark Securities is advising Linear
All this activity is a reassuring sign of life in a takeover market that has been all too quiet. Boards and bankers are emerging from corporate bunkers, and returning to growth through acquisition.
