You have been on the board since Oct, 2008 and yet you are telling much longer term members how to behave???

You say to have a reasonably toned conversation yet you are the one who used bold lettering to try and point out what you perceive are shortfalls?????

If you had any knowledge of the communication and dialogue that took place through this board with NOT management before the change I think you would be singing a different tune. (or possibly you have a vested interest of some kind with the new board?).

I also don't want to see this kind of exchange on the board so this is my only post on the subject.
