"As an American ,I can say that many Americans will not buy a stock on the Venture Exchange..too manipulated"

It's a fallacy to think that stocks aren't manipulated on the big board as they most certainly are and many of them every bit as much as the Venture group. I don't believe that our sp will amazingly spring to life with the TSX listing as some believe, unless it is in conjunction with other seriously material developments. I realize that there are groups that won't buy into the venture exchange but it will take some seriously bullish indicators for others to decide to buy in... and we're waiting for these from the illustrious BOD. There is no question that there is a marked discrepancy between little old FWR company reports and the big NOTers. It has been stated that perhaps there isn't any good news to state but that in itself is still news and what should be part of a progress report. Having said that, they did produce a report two weeks or so ago but they are still not in step with FWR and being the company with more clout, I should expect more from them. Suffice to say, there is a reason for the lack of news and the sp being held in limbo. If I had some serious cash on hand I could invite all of you to watch what is really going on behind the scenes as I took the sp up on some serious buying..... and then watch those numbers change on level II with little black box computer speed.
