There is NOThing preventing the current BoD from stating thay are in the process of making application to be listed on any Stock Exchange.

Companies do it ALL the Time!

What they can NOT predict is exactly when such a listing will occur untill it happens (becomes a FACT), though there is absolutely nothing preventing them from stating their hopes along with an outside date for having the listing occur.

With the expression of hoped for Listing and desired time frame, they need be carefull with respect to making Forwaed Looking Statements. And thus, so long as they feel very confident that they can meet ALL the Listing Requirements and Criteria, they can easily give expression of their hopes and expectations with respect to achieving the sought after Listing.

Expressing such plans is but normal Business Practice and is to be expected within the Business Community. To be working ACTIVELY/SECRETIVELY to this end without informing the Public/Business Community would imply clandestine and deceptive Business behaviour. And of the undesirable/unethical kind.

Publically discussing all the details and hoops they are jumping thorugh would be Unprofessional, BUT stating the intention and time frame likely required is normal and GOOD business practice.
