"The only problem with that is this same BOD are the ones hiring the new CEO,"

We will know the direction of this company and what they are up to by the man they pick for the CEO position. If he is an earth shaker with a good record then you'll know negative comments about this board were unwarranted. If he/she has a slimeball past and dubious affiliations then you can expect some quick action on a sale. I still have a gut feeling that the new CEO is going to be something of a surprise... and I mean that in a positive way..... but we wait to see. On the flip side, I wonder if a company has ever been sold while two interim CEO's were at the helm. There is something else to keep in mind also. I believe two CEO's were selected to represent the old and the new BOD's in order to present a fair representation, what ever you might think of them. I too haven't seen anything that this BOD has done to warrant the perks they've received. But then I'm not in the office, at meetings, talking to majors, organizing road trips, relating to the crews and geos to plan the future, or anything else that they get into. I don't like the silence and still have a bad taste in my mouth from you know what, but I'm after a profit and I'm waiting to see how much of one they provide me with. If I make a good buck I won't care about the silence or anything else. I'll even appreciate them, but they won't have my undying respect.... Nemis gets that.
