I can never figure out what this statement means.. SP being held down. I have been invested in Noront since the Windfall glory hole discovery and I have heard this BS when the SP was .49 and when it was $4.00 and when it was $7.00, basically all the time. Short this and short that, manipulators, hedgies, on and on. There always seems to be someone trying to drive the price lower or at least that is what many posters beleive. There is always a conspiracy theory

Justduke,

Perhaps it has slipped your mind but we had a company stolen out from under us.

Can't blame some for being a little gun shy now.

There are bashers and there are pumpers. They could do some damage. Look at what is happening not only in the States but all over the world.

People now see nothing wrong with cheating if they can get away with it. Cheat on your exams, cheat on this and cheat on that. If its O.K. to cheat now, why wouldn't people be mistrustful especially in investments where there is little regulation to protect the little guys and where all the sharks and thieves accumulate to feed.

When, on the Stockhouse forum, the shorts pounded down our stock from 7 bucks to 3.50 I pm'd one of them and asked how far down they were taking it. I was told 3.50 and sure enough that is where the stock stabilized.

So they are out there but I doubt there is anything like that happening to NOT. A couple of day traders could turn the stock down at the end of the day or at just about any time. These are guys on this forum day-trading the stock. 10,000 shares with a range of a nickel once in a while is a few hundred bucks while you wait or more NOT shares which is probably the case here. 10,000 * .05 = $500 bucks or 500 more shares.

Other than that, I see nothing. I do stand to be corrected though.

Don
