Coswil is not basing his theory on level 2 but on years and years of experience analyzing technical analysis. If you follow this board on a regular basis you would know that his technical analysis knowledge is immense and he is currently writing a book on the subject.

Secondly, if you have done extensive DD on this company and the RoF you may start to appreciate the black swan that it is and realize how high the stakes are for controlling this rich, strategic resource. Companies will stop at nothing to accumulate this company/area on the cheap. Proof of the techniques used to keep share price down have been documented in many books and we have seen those techniques applied to this company...it is frustrating to see this and that is what the big boys are counting on however those of us who have studied the area have used this as an opportunity to accumulate more shares.
