the rebate cheque from the Province of Quebec rolled in today would you not have to take a serious look at taking a major (10-20%) position in SPQ. It would be nice to see (hint hint Helium) how the ROF map would change and what new 'areas of interest/participation' we would have. It might also sooth the apparent COI that NN sometimes finds himself in, working for NOT and being CEO of SPQ... 20% for say $4.5M has to be a steel ( or is that steal). It is the fact that NN wears 2 hats that I feel this PP is postable on NOT. Miskealp suggested that it should be not postable.
