If the questions are submitted in advance, I would hope that they would answer each specifically, rather then a few answers all jumbled together, enabling, them to gloss over things.

I'm not good at the "cut and paste" thing, Roos ,so may I just list my questions below and would you kindly add them to the master list, please.

1)Would the BOD seriously consider allowing a Shareholder Representative to sit on the BOD?

2)Will the BOD also consider listing on the AMEX?

3)Agoracom is an outstanding communications Hub for shareholders and general promotion. Have you renewed their 2009/10 contract?

4)What is the current Burn rate?

5)Have Management appealed conscientiously to the Canadian Gov't for major assistance in the building of new roads, airports etc.

6)How many Majors have signed Confidentiality Agreements with NOT? Who are they?

7)Has the Company recently been in a" quiet" period ,and if not, what promotion have you done in recent months and what plans do you have for the future. Do you plan to contact all the Major press and/ or have high powered Exec. Lunches presentation?

8)When will the new CEO be announced?

9)How many shares of NOT haS the Rosseau Fund/Partners bought in the open market since the new BOD was announced?

10) With all due respect, you have been mostly unresponsive to shareholders to date, and lost much of their goodwill. Is "Shareholder Silent Treatment" the business operandi you will continue in the future.

11)Are you planning to "sell off" Windfall to a Major?
