obg,

Do you want Noront to describe to us in detail how the decision to put Windfall under care was reached? I believe this effort would have a negative impact on our stock price. If mistakes were made then lets put this on hold and move on to something worth working on. Lets hope we add to our tonnage in the ROF because that's all we have for now.
