I think quite the contrary,Richard taking on too many JV,s . It allows NOT to explore at the same time as while keeping the claims in good standing IE. annual claim filing fees,also all drilling costs are divided in half,at the same time NOT is working on their own property,also they charge the JV. partner a management fee,plus NOT keeps the right to broker a deal on behalf of the property.IN my opion this is a win win for NOT.
