'they' are not going to wait for any 43-101. the companies in the rof know already there's $20 billions worth of assets in the ground!!!!! a major will look for the weakest link and go from there. and other major world players will want to get involved in order not to miss out.

i conclude we would be the winners in that scenario as share prices rise in that bidding war.
