They will not state this as, legally, it would place them in a very difficult position, if some assertions/theories we are discussing are true. At present, they can at least state that the only thing they could be guilty of is omission of facts, not outright actionable lies. Some would say these are one in the same and, depending on what transpires, may well be the case. It is my belief that WL should be forced front and centre on this lot sooner than later. I somehow don't believe that the appropriate personel will be that available at the PDAC. I think the corporate manikin will be regurgitating the same old. As always I stand to be corrected.
