Probe never had control of the Eagle 1 property,they had other JV,s but not Eagle .The Eagle one was staked by Richard and was always 100% NOT,S,so your history falls short.It would have possibly taken years to get to work on that property,only to find out thatthe years of expenses were a waste of money.So I stand by my post
